Ep. 88 - Glenn Roper
Glenn Roper is a Senior Attorney at the Pacific Legal Foundation, a nonprofit legal organization dedicated to advancing individual liberty and economic freedom. Based in Colorado, Glenn litigates cases across the country to protect principles like equal treatment under the law and economic opportunity for entrepreneurs and small businesses.
Prior to joining PLF in 2019, Glenn served as Deputy Solicitor General for the State of Colorado, handling key appellate and constitutional cases. He has also worked at a private law firm focused on complex civil litigation, and previously clerked for Judge David M. Ebel on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.
Glenn began his legal career in the White House Counsel's Office under President George W. Bush after graduating first in his class from Brigham Young University Law School. His experience in both state and federal government has given him firsthand perspective on the threats to liberty posed by government overreach and disregard for individual rights.
