Dr. Katie McCoy, serves as an assistant professor of theology in Women’s Studies at the Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. She holds a Ph.D. from Southwestern in Systematic Theology where she wrote on OT laws about women’s personhood and what they can show us about human dignity.
