There have been instances where I have allowed my boundaries to be crossed - like a tiny incident I had at an airport. That and other experiences have taught me to be very aware of when my boundaries are being crossed. In this episode, you will walk away knowing:

- How God created boundaries to bring order out of chaos

We will also explore the different types of boundaries, including physical: sexual, emotional, spiritual, and financial boundaries. Establishing healthy boundaries can lead to personal growth, healthier relationships, and a stronger sense of self.
