Before we start, who is Cam Davidson?
I’m a coach, and I wanted to continue to say that until 2015 when I had my daughter, so now I’m a father and it gives you a new perspective.
Using single leg exercises as his primary lifts.

Seeing his brother coached like he was, and his brother take it completely differently.
Implementing single leg training as a primary movement.

Golfing is big one for me, honestly my escape is training every day, and lastly going to see my girls at home.
