How does it show up in our mind and especially in our bodies? Where do we draw the line between our trustworthy intuition that protects us from danger, and the loud, distracting self doubts that hold us back from reaching our fullest potential? These questions are incredibly important because, like it or not, fear is a natural part of our humanity and as uncomfortable as it may be at times, we stand nothing to gain by habitually avoiding it. So today I’ve brought Flynn Disney on to the podcast who’s ideas and work around managing fear has become highly respected among some of the greatest names in the parkour world.
