* When you are trying to do something like telepathy, telekinesis, meditation, you have to stop trying - this was validated by my brainwave training. This works with manifesting as well. When you are applying force, it cuts off the flow.* In order to innerstand something you have to stop thinking - thinking is limiting, accessing higher knowledge is what will expand your awareness* Its all surprisingly simple* So many different healing methods work. Healing methods are not bound by space and time. The first time I encountered this was from a Cristian scientist who saw a group of people unbreak a horse's leg in the wilderness, and heal her blisters while running a marathon* All is self. * The progress of spiritual training can seem slow day to day and frustrating, but builds and builds and never goes away. A process of remembering.* Dream time is one of my favorite times* Things will fall away like drinking alcohol or watching too much tv or doing bad habits as it becomes more valuable to have pure energy etc.* There is tremendous power in just being without doing and your being ness can have a greater impact than doing* You have to let life-force flow through you - when healing, you can't try to push it out, or it will drain you.* Intention matters - in working with crystals and healing. When you want to manifest something - learn to harness the most powerful emotion positive outcome.* Think of 3D reality as a byproduct of consciousness. As thoughts become more dense, they become solid enough for you to interact with* The brain is a filter or reducing valve for consciousness
