90. Why Working With Energy Is Important

In this episode, we're talking more about the energetics side of things. It's a departure from our normal cut-and-dry factual episodes, as I walk you through three reasons why it's important for Projectors to work with energy. I also share some of my journey and how I got started working with energy and where I'm going with it now.

And honestly, you're already working with energy in one way or another. This time especially is a great chance to begin working with it more intentionally and consciously.
