Today I'm joined by Candice Tamara, a Trauma & Mindset Coach that focuses on creating healthy, loving, and balanced relationships with yourself & others. In this episode, Candice shares how she overcame the fear of rejection by doing continuous healing work and listening to the Universe by repeating the same scenario until she felt aligned.

Candice also spills the tea on how she was married at 24 and had a toxic relationship with her then-husband. She shares how things ended and how she learned and grew from it.

We discuss childhood trauma, how codependency comes from our childhood, and how our parents have impacted our relationships, whether that's clear to you or not. Finally, we explore attachment styles and what these look like, from needing to be with your partner 24/7 or the opposite and needing as much space as possible, and how if you don't learn your style, it can break your relationship apart.
