In this week’s episode of Perspective Shift, Frank and Mike examine the concept of letting go. Letting go is a natural part of life. Surrendering to life allows us to consistently be in the present moment effortlessly. By being fully present, we are quieting the mind and allowing the heart to bring clear information to us through a deep inner knowing. That information is then sent through to mind in order to transform it into inspired action. By letting go, we allow this process to naturally occur and, in turn, it guides us through life.
