During this episode, What are Your Non-Negotiables?, I talk about recognising your unhealthy habits due to stress and overwork and putting a system in place in which you focus more on your non-negotiables, whether it is quality time with your family, yoga time, meditation, running 3-5 times a week, expressing yourself with art or music, playing video games etc. At the end of the day, it doesn't matter how many followers you have or how successful your business is, it's whether you are physical and mentally healthy and happy with what you do.
