We are about halfway through the primary election season in the United States. This cycle has seen an explosive growth in spending from political action committees tied to pro-Israel lobby groups such as the American Israel Public Affairs Committee, or AIPAC. In this episode Michael Arria and I speak with Beth Miller from JVP Action and campaign consultant Peter Feld about how this direct campaign engagement from Israel lobby groups is affecting elections.
But first, I asked Michael to update us on the Michigan primary where Democrat Andy Levin lost in a high-profile race that attracted a flood of money from the Israel lobby PACs.
