90. Feeling and Seeing in the Spirit with Marie Larson

Are you emotionally exhausted? Do you believe that everything you are feeling is actually your emotions? Marie struggled with high anxiety, physical issues, and exhaustion. She wondered what was wrong with her. She felt shame and condemnation. Until she realized that she had a gift and just didn’t know how to use it. She realized that not everything she was feeling was “hers”. She was picking up on everything from everyone else and carrying it as hers and felt like the hunchback of Notre Dame. In this episode, you will learn about how we can go from being a thermometer to being a thermostat in the environments that we are in. We need to learn how to protect ourselves, push off, brush off emotions from others, and release the positive opposite. We also need to recognize if we have anger, unforgiveness or something else that we need to deal with. We need to know how to deal with our own stuff so we don’t take on other’s stuff. Be encouraged to learn how to feel and see in the spirit and change the atmospheres around us!
