No matter on what side of the line you fall when it comes to issues like vaccines, birth protocols, hormonal contraceptives, and common pharmaceuticals, I hope we can all agree that knowing what the meds say about themselves is important to being able to make an informed decisions. 

This premise is the very foundation on which Alexandra has built her platform, Just The Inserts. 

Through her social media, free resources, and book, she urges consumers to read the inserts that accompany any pharmaceutical available to us and even teaches her followers how to decipher the information they’re ingesting.
