We’re joined by labor market consultant Amanda Goodall (@thejobchick), who paints a grim picture of employment prospects in nearly every sector. She believes that offshoring and outsourcing are the real culprits. We break down why AI isn’t the real culprit, how corporations game hiring systems, and why entry-level jobs now demand years of experience that don’t exist.
