In this episode Dr. Chaffee and Simon chat with Joe Penfold who has literally saved his own life through the carnivore diet, losing 150 pounds and going from being incapacitated to working out every day and finding a reason to live.
Joe’s rock bottom point was needing to ride a mobility scooter around Disneyland and not being able to go on the rides with his kids. He decided it was time to finally make a change and went carnivore 12 months ago.
Joe’s health journey is truly incredible and he’s become an advocate for the carnivore diet spreading good health to everyone he comes in contact with.
