If you are a new developer (we’re not using “junior developer” here - listen along to find out why!), there are skills you have, skills you can transfer from somewhere else, and skills you don’t even know you need. You probably also have a lot of assumptions… and not too many people who can tell you whether they’re true. Dan wants to change that!
