On September 25th, former FBI Director James Comey was indicted by a federal grand jury on two counts. The first was for making a false statement to Congress, and the second was for obstructing a congressional proceeding. Meanwhile, incumbent New York City Mayor Eric Adams dropped out of the New York City mayoral race on Sunday, leaving three candidates in this November's race.
