195: Rachel Barber on Spirituality, the Difference Between Love and Monogamy, and Female Body Image

This week I'm chatting with Rachel Barber, health coach and holistic healing expert. She struggled with chronic illness for over 6 years and was finally able to heal through the power of the mind. She now teaches others to harness the power of their own minds to heal their bodies and take their lives back through her program, Total Healing.

In this episode, Rachel shares more about how she became interested in spirituality, what it was like growing up in an abusive environment, and her experience growing up without a lot of money. We discuss whether or not people can truly change, what makes someone good or bad, and problems with a victim mindset. Rachel also discusses being in an open marriage, the difference between love and monogamy, and finding your soulmate. We also talk about using labels for the way you eat or what you believe, why you can't lose that last five pounds, the problem with heavy lifting for some women, and more.
