Emily is a professional runner with Nike. She is a 2015 bronze medalist at the World Championships in the 10k, she is a 2016 Olympian in the 10k, and a 2018 US Cross Country Champion. After a few very tough years, she just made the world championships team in the 5k. She reflects a lot in this episode about her last few years.
Emily also recently got married and went on her honeymoon to Hawaii this summer.
