About Lydia Carron

Born and raised in New York, here interest in nutrition began when she started modeling at age 14. After graduating from college with a major in art history and working in the fashion industry for a month, she decided that fashion was not for her. Her calling was in nutrition and working with people to make them feel like their best selves every day.

She enrolled back in undergraduate classes to get my science credits while working at various startups, until she could apply to graduate school where she received her MS in Nutrition Education a year ago from Columbia University, and her RD license this past fall. She is currently working at a digital health company, Savor Health, that provides personalized and peer-reviewed nutrition interventions and guidance for the cancer and other chronic disease populations through an AI chatbot.

In addition, she is beginning to take her own clients. Her expertise is in GI conditions, such as IBS, functional diarrhea, functional constipation, as well as IBD. She teaches and follows intuitive eating principles.

Lydia's Non-Negotiable Self-Care Habit:

Sleep! 7-9 hours a night. And then coffee haha
