Bryce is the founder & CSO of Voltaic, based out of Los Angeles. He has been in the solar industry since 2015, starting as a lead generator for a smaller, lesser-known company in the area and, in 2 years, had become their highest-ranking sales leader with over 110 personal installs in that year as well. In 2017 he left to start Voltaic with his three incredible business partners.

Voltaic has become a well-recognized company with a vibrant team and a robust culture. Voltaic 2022 became vertically integrated as a licensed installer in California, boasting some of the fastest sales to PTO timelines. Bryce’s passion is leadership development, consultive sales techniques, and doing business with integrity. His educational background is in psychology, working with adults with mental disabilities, and therapy-style communication.
