敷米漿，大學寫第一本書《你轉身，我下樓》就一炮而紅，成為百萬暢銷作家。
但2004年老天爺給了敷米漿重大課題，罹患了罕見的「眼球震顫症」，視力大幅衰退加上嚴重的暈眩，讓曾是一週可寫十萬字的敷米漿不得不暫時放下寫作。之後因緣際會投資汽車美容事業，私下也愛洗車的他，成為了洗車工。
因為太太的一句話，讓他重拾筆桿，以本名「姜泰宇」，把這十一年的故事，寫出《洗車人家》的痛苦與快樂，此作也獲得台北文學獎。姜泰宇訪問說到「不知道原來有一天寫網路小說的，可以跟文學獎有關連」
