[411] Lions Finish OTA & Minicamp – Detroit Lions Podcast

After another week off, Chris and Jeff get together to break down all the news from Detroit Lions OTA (Organized Team Activities) and Minicamp, free agency moves, injury news, our annual Training Camp Listener Appreciation Party, St. Jude Fund Raiser, and a whole lot more! There’s a ton of new stuff to cover so the guys dive right in.

Detroit Lions Podcast Official Start To Summer

The Detroit Lions OTA have completed, Minicamp is over, and everyone is on their way to summer break. Except us, we’re just getting warmed up. We’re going to give you the lowdown on OTAs, and minicamp. How players looked, who has impressed, and what to look for when training camp kicks off. We’ll also talk about Risdon’s performance in the Media Skills Challenge – spoiler alert – he did us proud.

We have a couple of player interviews coming, some yet to be named special Lions royalty joining us, as well as some big announcements coming over the break. This train doesn’t slow down, so buckle up, it’s going to be a big summer!

Speaking of “buckle up”, make sure to head over to our project with Detroit Lions shutdown cornerback Jerry Jacobs to help charities in Detroit. Its a great opportunity to get some great gear and make a difference in the city we all love.
