Chairman of the Strategic Foresight Group, an India-based think tank that has worked with or on 65 countries since its founding in 2002, he is also a Senior Research Fellow at the Centre for the Resolution of Intractable Conflicts in Oxford.
He says more and more our problems are civilizational, but our responses are national. This results in a fundamental malfunctioning of the international system.
