Welcome to Saturday's Solo Episode.
Reflecting back on June 2020, I want to share with you some of the not so good stuff as well as the good stuff.
I think it is important to share the not so good stuff.
Couple of highs to celebrate:
1) I started and completed Phase 1 of 75 Hard
2) I also started Marathon training. Preparation is key.
Something to focus on mentally is key.
