Take flight into Leonie's journey, I personally took a lot away from this conversation hearing about Leonie’s upbringing being the youngest of 9 siblings (wow!), her childhood memories given the broad age differences between her siblings, passion for indigenous culture and giving it a voice it deserves.

It was refreshing to hear a candid perspective on her life at work also, whether it be getting into law and spending some time there, move to the corporate world as a HR Director and some of the personal challenges that came with that which eventually lead to Leonie transitioning into starting her own ventures including consulting, learning & facilitation in leadership & coaching would be partners in law firms and writing including her own book stop doubting and start leading.
