We’re halfway through 2025 (yep, already), and if you’re like me, you might be feeling the pressure of those January or Q2 goals whispering, “So... how’s that going?”

In this episode, I’m slowing things down to share something that hit me on a four-mile walk in total silence (no podcasts, no audiobooks... just me and the Lord). It was this: Delight.
