The Mindful FIRE Podcast 161 : Meditation : Compassion For Los Angeles (LA Fires)
Welcome to this special guided meditation where we practice compassion for the people suffering in the LA area due to the LA fires.

Compassion is the recognition of suffering and the desire to see that suffering alleviated.
With this practice, we practice cultivating compassion and sending it to those affected by the LA fires
This practice is also called the loving kindness practice.
