This week on Balance Your Life Podcast I am joined by Ariana Roque. Ariana is a wellness junkie, Yoga Nidra teacher and hosts women circles and gatherings. She loves to infuse Yoga Nidra into her circles because she thinks it’s one of the most powerful practices on the planet and loves guiding it. Ever since Ariana was a little girl, she wanted a group of girlfriends and was desperate to feel that sense of belonging and sisterhood that she was never really able to have when she was younger. When she moved to LA when she was 20, she was able to finally start living out that dream because she was able to make an incredible community of girlfriends at the place she was working and that’s when it all changed for her. The more she connected with other women, the more they expressed that they too longed for a supportive community of women that would make them feel seen, loved and belonging, and she knew from that moment on this was her purpose in life. On this episode we talk about recognizing at a young age she needed help and was struggling with depression. We chat about Therapy, kundalini yoga, Transcendental Meditation, and Yoga Nidra. We also discuss beauty, wellness and skincare, when being in the wellness space becomes overwhelming and addictive to the point of becoming unhealthy, how self-care can be infused with financial freedom and empowering ourselves in the financial space, and so much more!
