Webb worked his way into the fitness world twelve years ago after undergoing his own transformation and losing over 100 lbs in a year. What started as a hobby, became a college job, evolved into a second college degree, and eventually his career. He's trained celebrities, college team players, professional athletes, elite executives, and everyday people. In addition to launching Turf Online Training, Webb, who is committed to lifelong learning, is currently enrolled in a Masters program in Exercise Science and Kinesiology. He also holds two undergraduate degrees, BA in Marketing & Design, a BS in Exercise Science and a Masters Degree in Business Administration, both of which skill sets have allowed Webb to make waves in the 1:1, group fitness, and online training spaces. In fact, when Webb first graduated college, he took a position at Equinox with the thought that it would help him establish a network of professionals needed to pursue a career in Advertising. Clearly, that pivot never occurred.
Prior to taking the leap into online training and truly embracing the idea of being his own boss, Webb’s fitness career flourished in the corporate world at Equinox. Webb was recognized as an elite trainer in Equinox's top 1% for all 8 years he was employed there, earning back-to-back Fusion Awards in 2013 and 2014. He continuously generated top productivity in both the personal training and group fitness departments, becoming co-creator of 3 signature group fitness classes. He was a 2016 Group Fitness Instructor of the Year Nominee and contributed his knowledge and talent as a Business Educator of Trainers and a Group Fitness Mentor to new instructors.
