Journey with Jessica Esfandiary to Find Your Inner Healer

She's now launching her own vlog- Journey with Jessica in where she'll travel, study Healing, showcase healing modalities that are working all over the world and share inspiring stories with her audience. She has learned much from her own 'inner healer' and encourages you to do the same.

1. What is the symptom trying to tell me?
2. What do I feel after I eat that food item?
3. How can I slow down more?
