I got to sit down and talk with Matt Johnson and talk training in the sport of basketball. MJ shares with us some season review he did on the metrics he was collecting, and a really unique project he’s working on to learn more of what basketball coaches really are looking for in development. We then discuss what our role is turning into and how we may need to change our views of development based on this break, including what we need to focus on going forward.
