Today I sit down with Beau Whitman, a former gymnast, collegiate pole vaulter, and now a recent cancer survivor. Even bigger news, Beau just found out he is 100% cancer free this past Monday!! We breakdown how his experiences as an athlete helped him with his battle with cancer. Beau is someone who preaches vulnerability, something I’m picking up on through him, and the true power that exists in opening up to our vulnerability.
