Customs and Border Protection’s Customs Trade Partnership Against Terrorism or CT-PAT program recently opened it's seventh office in Laredo, Texas. The program was started in 2001 to ensure safety in international supply chains. To find out what that means, Federal News Network's Eric White spoke with the program's acting director, Peter Touhy.
