Emily Mackay is on the show today! She is a professional runner for Team New Balance Boston. She is a five-time NCAA All-American. She has recently had a bunch of breakout races. She PRed in the 3k this indoor season and was third at USATF Indoor Championships. She also broke 4:30 in the mile, she ran a 4:26, which was a 5 second PR.

In this episode, we talk about her untraditional path running for a smaller school and now training with some of the best in the country.
