246: How to Change Your Inner Narrative Using the Enneagram

Have you ever paid attention to the inner narrative that plays in your mind? Sometimes the messages we hear internally don’t help us live out our best selves. In today’s episode, we’re talking about how the tool of the Enneagram can help us not only identify our inner narrative, but change it.

 

We’ll talk about:

• The predominant message that plays for each Enneagram type

• What happens externally when our internal message doesn’t speak to our best selves

• The specific reframing of the internal narrative that is most helpful for each Enneagram type

• Why it’s important for your internal being and external action to be in alignment

 

Together, we’ll reframe our inner narrative into a new statement that reflects a growth mindset. I hope this episode helps you name your narrative, and gives you a new message to live in alignment from the inside out.
