Raullen Chai is the Co-Founder and CEO of IoTeX, a modular Web3 infrastructure platform connecting smart devices and real-world data to blockchains. We spoke about the ongoing advances in what's now called DePIN, or decentralized physical infrastructure networks. A great DePIN project is Helium, a mobile phone provider that uses a decentralized network of hotspots to connect phones to each other.
