Hosting and running a Podcast, really is a life changing experience. Each guest that we spoke to in 2019 had something unique and special to share with us. Each one of them has also taught us something and left us with ideas to ponder and reflect on. For that, it is our duty to honour them and look back on certain highlights throughout those conversations.

We have put together a “Best of 2019” compilation, to remember and say thanks to our guests for all their time and for sharing their incredible stories with us. The lessons and reminders cover a diverse spectrum of what it means to be human. We hope these various clips will make you laugh, make you excited, make you cry, but most of all make you remember what a privilege it is to be alive and that we need to make the most of our time on this beautiful planet together.
