Jayda is joined by her best friend Katie Green. Revisiting how they met many years back in Vancouver, Jayda and Katie discuss what are the core factors to friendships lasting, as well as how friendships are a huge part of their relationship with hope. Katie also shares how embracing the unknown is the foundation of hope for her and how both making art, and bringing others into the process of creating, has been her most important journey and healer.

Katie Green is a visual artist creating intimate watercolour personas, murals and mask sculptures that embody her exploration of art as a healing process. Katie lives in Mohkínstsis, Calgary, Alberta, Canada and work has been supported by Canada Arts Council, Alberta Foundation for the Arts and she has received various international art residences including the Santa Fe Art Institute and the Vermont Studio Centre. Her murals have featured across the world including Canada, united States, Taiwan and Germany.
