Barry Maddocks is the Skills Coach at the Welsh Pro 14 club, the Dragons and I recently met him there on a professional development trip.
Previously Barry worked at Bath, where he was responsible for the management of senior academy players as they transitioned into the senior squad, as well as supporting senior coaches with technical and tactical delivery. He was also the former head coach for the England Women’s 7s team.
