I used to be the guy who wore a “HUSTLE” shirt unironically and believed burnout was just part of the process. Fourteen-hour days? Normal. Skipping meals? Efficient. Chasing the next milestone without stopping to ask why? Standard practice. But at some point, the question hit me: What is it all for?
