Teacher Talks: How to manage behaviour at the start of a lesson.

This episode is this week's 'Teacher Talk': a fifteen minute talk that explores an important aspect of classroom practice, with practical strategies for implementing it in your classroom. 

This talk explores how to manage behaviour at the start of a lesson. It gives some advice on what you can do before the lesson starts in order to secure the conditions for positive behaviour, followed by what you can then do once the students have arrived at the lesson. It also gives some phrases and tools you can use if there is misbehaviour as students enter the lesson and you attempt to start the learning.
