Meaghan is the co-founder of Big Run Media which works with races and endurance events and helps companies come up with creative strategies and branding deliveries. One of the partners that they work with is the Donna Marathon which is how I met Meaghan.

The other part of their company is called Believe in the Run which is where they do reviews for running gear and shoes and races. It is a super great resource!

Meaghan recently broke 3 hours in the marathon this spring which was a huge goal for her. I loved hearing from Meaghan about her business, her life, and what it was like chasing that sub-3 hour marathon. She ran so many races with the goal of breaking 3 hours and it took her so many tries but she never gave up. She loves the training. She ran a 2:56 in the spring and has a goal of running around 2:50 in an upcoming race. We get to hear what keeps her motivated in this episode!
