The future of climate change lawsuits

In recent years, dozens of cities have filed lawsuits against oil giants over the impact of climate change in their communities. Whether states or federal courts hear the case could considerably shape the verdict. And today, the Supreme Court is hearing arguments over who has jurisdiction over these hearings.
