1) Describe a learning situation that brought about an epiphany in your career
Being in attendance at Functional Strength Coach 1.
2) If you could ask one questions and you know you would get the answer what would that be and why?
Why do you do what you do?
3) What’s your escape?
I don’t think I do that very well, but for me it’s usually reading a book, but that’s mostly around our profession. Otherwise listening to music or watching a movie.
