Here’s what we dove into in this episode:
Anna is an occupational therapist, earth-based healer, postpartum doula, & yoga instructor with a focus on nervous system regulation, embodied wisdom, emotional literacy, and a return to the right relationship to body and earth. She weaves together clinical knowledge of the body, earth-based teachings, mindfulness studies, and years of working with children and families with complex traumas and special needs. Anna is dedicated to creating gentle and safe spaces for the unlearning of collective conditioning in order to divest from systems of harm and invest in thriving, regenerative communities and ecosystems. She curates spaces to reignite an embodied remembering of our innate wisdom, wholeness, and interconnectedness in order to orient our collective vision to a more beautiful world. She is a humble student of the earth as the foundation for all of her work. She lives in Haines, Alaska with her husband, dog, and an enriching community of humans and wild things.
