Former Major League pitcher Trevor Bauer and a woman who accused him of beating and sexually assaulting her in 2021 have settled their legal dispute which has prompted me to reflect on all of the reasons why I have never supported the #MeToo movement. Plus, the heroes of the day are two retired Australians who spent almost 500 days at sea after booking 51 straight cruises because they say it's cheaper than a retirement home. And, Philadelphia journalist Josh Kruger who mocked crime concerns is shot and killed by an intruder in his two-story townhouse.
