Slowing down, pausing, and taking a moment to appreciate what we have is so important to our wellbeing, but in the hectic day-to-day rush of our lives we rarely take time for appreciation. In the United States we have the holiday of Thanksgiving, which is a day set aside for us to do exactly this, but how do we use the power of gratitude to improve our lives every single day?

In today's episode I share with you my Thankful Five, five things I'm grateful for in the past year. I get super personal, I even cry in this episode, sharing the things that matter most to me.
