After Mark Metry hit it big on YouTube with 35K subs and owning the #1 Minecraft server in the world at age 15 (yes, Minecraft), he still wasn't happy even with the inflow of cash these ventures provided.

It took learning from the sour fruits of success - complacency, disillusionment, arrogance - to set the framework for the rest of his life.

And look at him now: Mark hosts the Humans 2.0 Podcast which has been top 100 on iTunes and he's the benevolent dictator of LinkedIn!
