Chad leads this episode off humbly saying he's no expert at partnerships, but he, like many real estate agents who invest, learn the ropes of partnerships to maximize their investments. 

Partnerships are a great way to get started in real estate when you don't qualify for a conventional loan - think a 1099 employee like an agent with less than 2 years of tax returns or a college student who wants to jump into a deal before their debt-to-income would allow them.
